Yesterday we described the projects we are working on in Brighton and Hove. Today we list our Fulham projects. Next week we will look at those other projects under way throughout other London boroughs to complete this review.
St. Maur Road
Our Fulham basement extension and whole house development is now approaching water tightness. The impact that the extensive use of glass will have is becoming ever more apparent. As is the range of views and glimpses between spaces. Rooms such as the upper floor study giving onto a roof terrace will be particularly impressive.
Ewald Road
Our side infill extension in Ewald Road is also progressing well on site. A smaller project but one that will transform the property. We undertake many side, rear and wrap around extensions throughout Fulham and other boroughs.
Clonmel Road
Here we are carrying out a whole house refurbishment. A series of redesigned bathrooms coupled with a large number of bespoke furniture.
Elbe Street
Our latest Fulham terrace including side extension and internal refurbishment has been granted planning permission and now sees the detailed technical pack completed and put out to tender. Located in Elbe Street in Fulham a part of the borough where we undertake many projects.
Acfold Road
Located near Elbe Street. We have recently completed a garden studio for our clients and have now been asked to add a pod room and side extension to the house.
Doneraille Street
We have been granted planning permission for a rear extension in Doneraile Street last week. Lots of glass and an interior filled with light will ensure a successful project. We have just gone out to tender on this one.
St Dunstans Road
Our second Fulham planning permission last week was in St. Dunstans Road. This is a location where we have worked on a number of projects over the years, ranging from basement extensions to whole house refurbishment.
St Stephen’s Avenue Hammersmith
This is another Fulham garden room designed by Shape Architecture. Creative and individual, including an enclosed glazed link back to the house. The project has previously been granted planning permission and has been bought by new clients who have asked us to develop the design to their needs and submit a new planning application which we have done.
As with our review of projects in Brighton and Hove yesterday we hope this review of our work throughout Fulham helps you to understand the breadth of our work in the borough. If you have a project you wish to discuss please feel free to contact us at Shape Architecture. We would be very happy to talk to you.
