Shape Architecture has just been granted planning permission for a new roof terrace in Danehurst Street, Fulham. This is a good planning permission as the roof terrace provides valuable outdoor space to a duplex flat which currently has none. The property itself is a standard terrace house common across London.
A rear dormer also formed part of the planning permission and all interior spaces benefit from the views out to the terrace and an increased level of daylight.

Whilst the roof terrace to Danehurst street would probably be the smallest roof terrace we have gained planning permission, there is no doubt of the value it has added to the property and the owners enjoyment of their home.
