Dawes Road

Shape Architecture continues to carry out many projects in and around Dawes Road in Fulham of all sizes and type.  This project sees the addition of a basement level to an existing building, presently configured as a shop at ground floor with flats over.  The project will turn the property into a series of separate flats. Key design issues have been the method of access to the basement flat and the ways in which natural light is brought into the space.  Our experience of basement design in Fulham has helped inform the design decisions as has the use of 3D computer models , both in designing and also communicating clearly with our clients.
