Small Extension in Brighton
Shape Architecture has just finished a small extension in Sandgate Road in Brighton. The property had a single storey structure at the rear in which the kitchen was located. We gained planning permission to add another storey on top of this which gave space for a new bathroom. At ground floor we largely rebuilt the structure to improve its thermal performance and install a new kitchen more suited to the space.

This was a collaborative process between Client, Architect and Contractor the success of which enabled the project to start on site.
