Brighton Roof Terrace project progress on site
Our roof terrace and rear extensions project continues to make progress on site. We have been discussing the finer detail of the glazed cube access onto the roof and how it integrates with the waterproofing and insulation makeup. Other issues on site at this point in time include the integration of the rows of solar PV panels and the space required to fit these in. We have also been looking at the structural glass panels which will be set over the walk-in-wardrobes flooding the space with light. Weekly meetings on site with the Contractor and Client serve to ensure the orderly progress of works on site. Following each visit we write a site visit report to record all the relevant actions. Our next meeting on site will include the Solar PV company and the electrical subcontractor.
