Fulham Planning Permission
Shape Architecture has just gained planning permission for the extension and remodelling of a house in Perrymead street in Fulham. Whilst we obtain planning permissions throughout the borough we are particularly busy in the streets around Parsons Green with a variety of residential projects.
The houses in Perrymead Street are sizeable and elegant and our property had not been touched for decades giving much potential for the creation of a contemporary and light filled home.
The work we have undertaken includes a large rear extension and loft conversion. We have added a lightwell to an existing lower ground floor. In addition whave created a master suite over the first floor. Added en-suites, storage, study rooms and much else besides.
