Brighton wrap around extension

This wrap around extension in Brighton features a green sedum roof and serves to transform the property. The composition in particular and the palette of materials have been carefully considered and the green sedum roof provides an elegant and attractive visual and sustainable asset. Key to this project as with many others of this nature is the development of the design using 3D computer models. This approach ensures clear communication with our Clients and serves to ensure a successful design which maximises the potential of the property. Internal views taken from the 3D model showed how light and views would open up the internal spaces. The project has been granted planning permission and will start on site in 2023.
