Rear Extension and Internal Refurbishment in Battersea

Shape Architecture is currently working on designs for a rear extension and internal refurbishment of a house in Battersea.  This follows our recent  planning permission granted for a roof terrace and upper level development in Juer Street, Battersea.

The new extension will serve to transform the ground floor adding additional floor space and flooding the interior with natural light through the addition of large rooflights and glazed doors onto the garden.  A new study room bounded by glazed screens is also proposed at this level and will add to the sense of openness and transparency.

As with all our projects the design has been developed and communicated via 3D computer modelling in addition to  2D architectural drawing. This has enabled very useful perspective views to be explored.
