Repeat Work in Fulham
At Shape Architecture a large part of our work is via recommendation or repeat work. Often it is a new project next to one we had previous completed or else in the same street. We have recently gained planning permission for the extending of a modern town house in Fulham in Cherlys Close, which includes the addition of a rear extension and the co-opting of an internal garage into habitable accommodation. This followed the completion of an almost identical project four doors along which we carried out several years ago. Both projects are similar to our recently completed townhouse re-working in Wimbledon at Newstead Way.
Our client for the new Cherlys Close project writes:
“A thoroughly professional firm of architects. The team at Shape were excellent to deal with – and very communicative. This allowed us to establish a clear brief. Draft options were swiftly provide allowing us to select the option that suited us best. Shape then submitted the planning application and were in regular contact with the case officer. We were kept informed of progress throughout and planning was granted within the determination period. At the outset, we asked three different firms of Architects to quote for the job and Shape were very competitive. We are delighted with the service we have received and are happy to recommend them.”
