Roof Terrace Case Study 03
Our third roof terrace is in Fulham in Danehurst Road and has recently been completed. It is of interest as it adds a roof terrace to a standard terraced house and extends an upper-level flat which previously had no access to garden space. It is not dissimilar to one of our very early roof terraces some fourteen years ago to Strahblaine Road in Clapham overlooking Clapham Junction railway station. At Danhurst road we added a full width rear dormer to provide a new en-suite and give access onto the new roof terrace from a small hallway. The roof terrace is surrounded by high obscure glass panels for privacy. It is an excellent space and serves to transform the way in which the flat is enjoyed by our Clients
