Seaford Planning Permission: Bungalow Transformation

Shape Architecture has just obtained planning permission for the transformation of a bungalow in Seaford.  In our portfolio of transforming residential properties we have undertaken numerous bungalow projects such as at Rustington near Worthing which we also show below.

Our Seaford bungalow will now benefit from the addition of a side, rear and loft extensions.  Alongside this is the reworking if the interior to create a light filled contemporary interior.  The planning application was approved straightforwardly at our first attempt.

The transformative impact of our Seaford project is mirrored in Rustington.  Here a loft conversion over a large floor plan is coupled with the incorporation of a large roof terrace offering views of the sea.

Both projects have benefited from the use of 3D computer modelling. This approach allows us to explore the impact of natural light into the interior for example and communicate these design options clearly with our Clients.
