From the outset, Shape Architecture has worked with Developer Clients. These range from well-established developing companies with large portfolios, to Contractors developing their own projects and small Developers starting out. Our service ranges from feasibility advice at the outset, often underpinning decisions whether to purchase a site or not, to a full architectural service. In this regard we are flexible, responsive and at all stages we offer a pragmatic view. We have a proven record in securing planning permission that maximise the potential of a site. Our creativity practical approach to a design and over twenty years of experience in suitable design serve to underscore the success of these projects. We pride ourselves on establishing relationships with Developer Clients and fully understand the way in which such a relationship should best work to serve the Clients requirements.
