What’s on in Brighton and Hove
Following our review last week of our range of projects underway in Fulham, we do the same here for our projects in Brighton and Hove and one in Seaford.
Norfolk Road, Brighton
Our roof terrace, extension and refurb project in Norfolk Road is now nearing completion. The roof top glass box has been installed providing access to the new terrace and also serving to flood the interior with light. New bathrooms and walk in wardrobes are also nearing completion as is a wide range of bespoke furniture.
Lawrence Road, Hove
At Lawrence Road we have just completed a final snag of the works. Here we have added a loft conversion which includes a hip to gable, a ground floor infill extension and a reworking of the ground floor layout.
Norway Street, Portslade
This is a small project being a simple ground floor extension to house a new utility room. It has gained planning permission and we are now working on the technical drawings and liaising with the structural engineer.
Hill Drive, Hove
This project is a garden studio and swimming pond which has now been drawn up and is out to tender with several local Contractors
Barclay Cottage, Brighton
Near Preston Park Barclay Cottage is a small terraced house to which we have added a ground floor extension with green sedum roof and reconfigured the interior to form a double height space for the new stair lit by a roof light over. The stair has open risers and glass balustrade. This small house has been transformed into a contemporary space filled with of light.
Errol Road, Hove
This project has just been submitted for planning. It sees a linear extension added to the rear elevation to simplify and improve circulation and bring more light into the interior.
St. Leonard’s Avenue, Hove
Just finishing on site, this ground floor extension has created a large and contemporary kitchen and dining space
Cambridge Mews, Hove
Here we have been asked to resolve fire escape issues to a Mews house. We are liaising with both Building Control and Imist a mist suppression company.
Montgomery St
Just starting, having surveyed the property we have now completed our proposals brochure and issued this to our clients. We will then visit our clients and sit down together to review and determine the preferred option to develop further.
Balmoral Close, Seaford
We always take on projects along the coast from Brighton. Be it east in Shoreham or west where we are presently on site with a project in Seaford
