What’s on In Fulham
Here we provide an overview of our projects currently being worked on throughout Fulham. These are at various stages ranging from early concept work to planning submission and those that are underway on site. As ever they range in scale and type.
Acfold Road, Fulham
Our Fulham garden room in Acfold Road is nearing completion. This is a building very much tailored to the Clients requirements and finished to a high standard with brick walls and thin framed glazing. The space is flooded with natural light in a garden setting and creates a great space for our Client. The project is almost complete on site.
Winchendon Road, Fulham
Our wrap around extension is progressing on site as a wrap around extension it completely transforms this ground floor flat with an extension characterised by extensive use of glazing and a creative arrangement of spaces. The project is on site at present
St. Maur Road, Fulham
This basement extension sees two flats being converted back into a family home with the addition of a basement extension and several upper level extensions. It is our seventeenth basement extension in Fulham and is progressing well on site.
Coniger Road, Fulham
This is a small project that sees the re-working of the front garden and existing lightwell and rear garden design. Having gained planning permission it is due to start on site soon and will provide our clients with the storage and arrangement of spaces they require.
Perrymead Street, Fulham
Here we are reworking the whole house alongside the addition of a rear extension and loft conversion. The property is spacious and elegant with much potential. The planning application has been submitted and we are working on the technical pack.
Clonmel Road, Fulham
This project is at its earlier stages and largely comprises a wide range of bespoke furniture which we are designing and the opening up of ground floor spaces to provide a better flow and maximise views and daylight.
Hannel Road, Fulham
This project is a large scale development which creates 3 Mews style houses and two terraced houses on a site which is presently a mix of private and commercial use. Much care has been taken to create an interesting mix of dwellings with a balanced composition which incorporate green roofs and courtyard gardens. Each also has a basement level too. The design proposal is nearly complete.
Dawes Road Victoria Parade, Fulham
Here we are applying for a change of use to create several flats from the existing mix of a shop and flat. The planning application has been submitted.
