Wimbledon Extensions
As one of our projects finishes in Wimbledon at Newstead Way, another has started at Burstow Road. Each looks to transform the property into light filled contemporary homes.
Wimbledon extension at Newstead Way
This project is the transformation of a modern townhouse located near to the All England Club. We have added a rear extension with green sedum roof and co-opted the garage into habitable space. The project also adds a master bedroom suite and a range of new internal spaces. The result is a light filled and contemporary house.
Wimbledon extension at Burstow Road
Here we are at the early stage prior to planning and are seeking advice from the planning department via their Pre-App process. We have explored a variety of designs with our clients using 3D computer models as a basis for a clear collaboration. The project seeks to add a rear extension and revamp the ground floor to create a better organised and larger interior. As with all our projects an emphasis is put upon bringing natural light into the interior and connecting the inside with the outside both visually and physically.
